New Styles Added The 14” Skillet and Braiser join the American-Made Cast Iron Collection SHOP CAST IRON The 14” Skillet Our biggest skillet yet, built for the meals that need real runway; a whole chicken, a full batch of cornbread, dinner for the table. Thinner walls and a thicker base mean it’s not as heavy as other skillets of this size, and it’s precision-turned and buffed to a satin finish, then hand-seasoned with flaxseed oil so it's ready to cook on day one. SHOP 14” SKILLET WHAT TO MAKE FIRST NEW Cast Iron Pizza The Braiser Wide, shallow, and shaped for anything that starts on the stovetop and finishes in the oven. The chef-informed bowl follows the curve of a spoon, so sauce and juices stay in play instead of getting stuck in a corner. Like the rest of the line, it's precision-turned, buffed, and hand-seasoned individually for an even finish from the first cook. SHOP BRAISER WHAT TO MAKE FIRST NEW Miso-Soy Braised Pot Roast Behind the Design (1) Optimized Wall Thickness Thinner walls, thicker base. Sears like it's heavier, lifts like it's lighter. (2)  Chef-Informed Bowl Shape No hard corners. Follows the curve of a basting spoon so nothing gets lost in the edges. (3) Precision-Turned and Buffed A satin finish, so seasoning has an even surface to bond to from the very first cook. (4) Hand-Seasoned Individually Organic flaxseed oil, chosen for its smooth polymerization and the durable, even finish it produces Made In Cookware Co-Founder Jake Kalick at the factory.
